The North American Distribution Marketing group comprises associates working in the areas of Strategic Marketing, Campaign Management, Media Relations, Digital and Insights & Analytics. Operating in close partnership with Sales and Investment Services, marketing associates gather insights into our clients and competitors, develop strategies for positioning Capital Group in the marketplace, and communicate messages designed to share our point of view and position us as the brand of choice in the crowded and highly competitive investment management field.

What we are looking for: 
•Current student pursuing a master’s degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
•Previous experience in marketing, advertising, brand/product management, market research or consumer insights preferred. 
•Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable managing ambiguity and driving for results. 
•Team player with strong interpersonal savvy that can thrive in a challenging and collaborative work environment.
•Demonstrated leader, with proven experience managing complex projects across multiple functions. 
•Sharp thinker; able to develop deep understanding of market and industry dynamics quickly. Comfortable challenging the status quo while seeking opportunities to drive new ideas.
•Embrace and incorporate feedback for continuous development. 
•Excellent verbal and written communicator.
