Our Investment Services group supports product management initiatives. They work with partners throughout North American Distribution to anticipate and understand client needs and to highlight where Capital’s investment management capabilities can help improve financial outcomes. The team assess our existing product portfolio and makes recommendations on new product development and services in support of broader strategic and business objectives.

What we are looking for: 
•Current student pursuing a master’s degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
•Previous experience working in financial services or product development.
•Interest and curiosity in financial markets and the investment management industry. 
•Highly analytical, comfortable working with large data sets, applying analytical rigor to drive insights and solutions. Familiar with financial data.
•Self-starter who is an agile learner and analyzes problems in new, creative, and collaborative ways.
•Intellectual curiosity, sharp thinker who actively and positively contributes in a group dynamic.
•Embrace and incorporate feedback for continuous development. 
•Excellent verbal and written communicator.
