As a Human Resources Summer Associate based in our Los Angeles or Irvine, CA office(s) you will have an opportunity to learn about our organization, meet our associates, and be involved in the strategic work we do with our clients. Through meaningful project work, you will see how we partner and consult with the business to recruit, develop, and engage associates throughout the world.  This summer opportunity has the potential to result in an offer to join us as a full-time associate in the HR Rotation Program.


What you’ll do:

  • Project-based assignments in areas such as Diversity & Inclusion, Global Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition
  • Gain hands-on experience working alongside HR professionals and the business functions they support
  • Develop critical HR business skills such as communication, consulting, change management, leadership, and problem solving
  • One-on-one meetings with key leaders across the HR function, including a final presentation to the Senior HR Leadership Team
  • Expand your HR knowledge base and  grow your professional network

  • You have completed your first year of a master’s program in HR or MBA program
  • You are geographically mobile
  • You have demonstrated academic excellence, business acumen and leadership ability
  • You display self-confidence, intellectual curiosity, strong analytic problem-solving skills and exceptional communication skills
  • You work collaboratively, seeking out and contributing ideas
  • You possess a global mindset and have a desire to work across various teams and business units
  • You have 2+years of work experience
