Capital Group’s North America Distribution Customer Relationship Management team partners with key business leaders in Sales and Marketing on small to medium size project initiatives.  The team is responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of current and proposed business operations to deliver process and technology solutions. 
 
Based in Irvine, the CRM Business Analyst will be responsible for partnering with our user communities to gain in depth knowledge of the business, their processes and the technologies that they currently leverage.  In addition, this role will be responsible to take that in depth knowledge and experience and build new processes and technology solutions based on the strategic needs.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Partners with the internal user communities to learn their business, business processes, challenges, technology solutions and strategic objectives. 
  • Proactively identifies areas for improvement.   Introduces innovative recommendations, factoring in customer needs, external approaches, and industry expertise and competitor analysis.
  • Leads projects; manages project task responsibilities, including identification of project risks and coordinating implementation activities, such as training and the documentation of business process changes.
  • Participates with internal business areas to solicit end user requirements, gains understanding of the purposes or goals of various processes, offerings or practices. Ensures full understanding of issues and enhancements that need to be addressed.
  • Leads user acceptance testing; may identify testers, develop test scripts and conduct test execution. Provides direction to testers on how to document and execute test plan and scripts efficiently and effectively.
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce.com analyst/ admin experience preferred 
  • Previous experience leading small to medium size projects; familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)
